In one of the most popular streets of the Baltic Sea spa, the traffic-calmed Störtebekerstraße with many thatched-roof houses and beautiful large trees, the ALBRECHT VON HOLLAND residence is located close to the beach in the northern area of the street in extremely green surroundings, consisting of three stylish country houses and a three-family house.
The two cosy 3-room holiday flats PIRATENNEST 1 and PIRATENNEST 2 are located on the same floor on the top floor of the three-family house in a south-west and south-east facing position on a plot of 1600 sqm, only 200 steps away from Seestraße, the dyke and the dyke crossing or beach access 10 or 11 and another 150 m away from the Kurhaus, the pier and the adjoining promenades Strandstraße and Klosterstraße. Southeast location with a beautiful view of the surrounding reed houses and tall trees with the Martha-Müller-Grählert-Kurpark in the background!
The identical flats each consist of a living, dining and kitchen area with a well-equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom in the splash floor with two single beds as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet. The floor space of approx. 50 sqm is ideal for 2-4 people!
The flat PIRATENNEST 1 is furnished in maritime blue tones, the flat PIRATENNEST 2 in warm red tones.
For friendly couples, larger families or similar, it is also possible to rent both flats together: Holidaying together, but preferring to live separately, but in the same house and on the same floor!
The sunny and south-facing loggias complete the holiday pleasure in summer, and the fireplace in the living area as well as the small (almost own!) sauna (for a fee), which you only have to share with your (possible) flat neighbour, provide the necessary atmosphere in autumn and winter!

Here you really don't have to decide whether you prefer to live more quietly, more centrally or closer to the beach... Unlike many other properties, where you have to choose between being close to the beach or close to town, here you are in a quiet location and only 350 m away from the lively pier forecourt.
Due to the proximity to many cafés, restaurants, bakeries, small shops, etc., the flats are also ideal for times outside the main season - in the countryside and yet almost in the centre! Therefore, the location is hard to beat and a real highlight, and absolutely ideal for every season and (almost) every weather: in summer because of the direct beach location, in spring and autumn because of the proximity to the dyke for extended (bike) hikes as well as crane watching, and in winter because of cosy evenings with sauna and fireplace!
The entrance to the beautiful spa or Martha Müllerrählert Park is also very close by, the nearest restaurants are not far away, and the distance to the idyllic Bodden harbour is less than 1000 m via Störtebekerstrasse and Hafenstrasse!
