You can hardly be any closer to the sea here - only the sea road, the dyke and a narrow green belt separate the popular thatched-roof beach residence GODEKE MICHELS from the beach and the sea: 50 m to the dyke, and another 100 m to the next public beach crossing...
Heavenly peace and beautiful nature surround you here! A NEUKAUF supermarket and drugstore as well as a bakery are only 500 m away, the pier and spa house, the small town centre and the idyllic Bodden harbour of Zingst are all about 1200 m away.

For example, this 3-room flat DEICHIDYLL on two levels in the upper floor top floor of the small reed house with only 5 flats, with 52 sqm living space and enough room for 2-4 persons
Living room with comfortable sofa bed and dining area (25 sqm), U-shaped and well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, cooker bonnet, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, bedroom (approx. 9 sqm) with double bed, bathroom with shower and window, as well as romantic second bedroom in the attic with double bed and own (guest) WC. The small balcony offers a beautiful view of the green surroundings or the dyke

The floors are tiled and have underfloor heating. But the highlight of both flats is certainly the fireplace in the living area!
A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available to guests in the hallway. Of course, each flat has its own parking space at the house, a bicycle shed - and above all a separate small and very attractive sauna house in the garden: Especially in the early or late season, a visit to the sauna followed by a glass of wine in front of the warm fireplace is a great way to relax after a long walk along the dyke... The use of the sauna is free of charge!
The flats are ideal for every season and (almost) every weather: in summer because of the direct beach location, in spring and autumn because of the proximity to the dyke for extended (bicycle) hikes as well as for crane watching, and in winter with sauna and fireplace! Close enough to the centre of the village to at least reach the small shopping mile by bike, but far enough away to feel at one with nature...

Only 50 m to the sea road and dike
The Baltic Sea health resort of Zingst in the north of the peninsula of the same name, which is about 20 km long but only 2 km wide, has developed over the decades from an old seafaring and fishing village into one of the most popular Baltic Sea resorts and a state-recognised seaside health resort, without completely giving up its village character and original charm. Predominantly small and partly thatched houses dominate the townscape, and thus Zingst offers a charming contrast to sophisticated seaside resorts such as Heiligendamm, Binz or Kühlungsborn. The promenade is manageable, but that is precisely what makes the place so appealing. In autumn and winter, it is more reminiscent of an idyllic sleepy village, while in the summer months, on some days, the promenade and beach are in a state of emergency. The small centre is grouped around the fish market and the post office square with shops, cafés, bistros and restaurants, as well as around the traffic-calmed Strandstrasse and Klosterstrasse. Zingst has the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park" right on its doorstep, and an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails offers ideal conditions for exploring original villages in the unique beauty and diversity of nature: The region, nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden coast, impresses with its unique almost untouched natural landscape - extensive forests and meadows, wide reed areas, idyllic harbours with Zeesboten with their brown sails, unspoilt clean beaches, and coastal strips as far as the eye can see..

The more than 18 km long fine-sand beach invites you to sunbathe, swim, play, surf and sail, and holidaymakers have also discovered the Bodden as a sailing paradise or for (bicycle) hikes. In general, the bicycle is THE means of transport on the entire peninsula chain: the cycle paths are numerous, well signposted and just as well developed - and the way back is then also possible by ship, for example, the bikes are allowed on board everywhere. Boat trips on the Bodden or to Hiddensee, from the idyllic Bodden harbour, where you can also eat good fish "straight from the cutter", remain an unforgettable experience!
Zingst is also a natural paradise of a special kind: In spring and especially in autumn thousands of cranes stay here, rest and rest and offer a fantastic natural spectacle, which can be observed excellently from the neighbouring Pramort or even from the village of Zingst...

The cancellation costs for the tenant are 20 for cancellations more than 30 days before departure, 80 for cancellations less than 31 days before departure and 100 for non-commencement of the trip or cancellation on the day of arrival.
